Tina King Neuhausel, President & Co-Founder
Tina has spent the last ten years of her professional life helping to advance sustainable technologies and encouraging a more sustainable society. She served for over three years as the Outreach Director for Sustainable San Mateo County. Previous to that, she was Owner of Next Generation Energy Network consulting with governments and businesses on renewable energy projects and policies, and sustainable building and business practices. Tina served as Policy Aide to, then, Santa Clara County Supervisor Jim Beall (current State Assembly Member) focusing energy, work-force development, transportation, and land-use issues. She created Santa Clara County Fuel Cell Advancement Initiative. Tina has eight years executive management experience in the hotel industry. She received her Master of Public Administration degree from San Francisco State University.

Lois Courchaine, Vice President
Lois is a Program Manager at the Central Contra Costa Solid Waste Authority. She has been involved in recycling for about 11 years. Her current responsibilities include management of: commercial recycling and garbage collection services, universal waste recycling program implementation, legislation, general outreach and public education. She is a board member of the California Product Stewardship Council. Lois is a graduate of University of Nevada, Reno and holds a masters' degree in public administration from Cal State East Bay.

Ashia Derksen, Treasurer
Ashia is a certified public accountant and has worked in accounting and finance for 17 years. She is a Portfolio Controller at Shorenstein Realty Services in San Francisco. During her previous career at Arthur Andersen and Ernst and Young, Ashia performed audits of public and private real estate companies, hospitals and not-for-profit organizations. She received an international MBA from Thunderbird School of Management in Arizona and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale University.  Ashia lives in Moraga with her husband and two children.

Marsha Golangco, Co-Founder
Marsha is Principal of Golangco Global, Marsha has been active in the building industry for over 20 years. She consults in environmental Feng Shui designs and sustainable green living principles. Her mission is to promote a sustainable world that works for all. Marsha has used her Sustainable Feng Shui knowledge and wisdom to help her clients in creating an auspicious living environment for a better quality of life. Her services include subdivision development, office buildings, businesses, workplace, and individual homes. Marsha is the author of two books: “The Power of Feng Shui for Builders” and “The Power of Feng Shui for Your Life”. Her upcoming third book is on “The Power of Feng Shui for Sustainable Green Living”. Marsha is also a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA) and a Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP).

Robert Joe, Co-Founder
Robert is a Founding Member of Sustainable Contra Costa (SCOCO) and Citizens for a Sustainable Walnut Creek. Graduate of Walnut Creek’s Citizens’ Institute, Member of USGBC-NCC’s Diablo East Bay Branch Organizing Committee and past member of Contra Costa County and City San Ramon’s Green Residential Advisory Task Force. Contributing “Green Talk” columnist and Past Editor of Diablo Valley Chinese Cultural Association’s Newsletter. Robert is a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor (CSBA) and a LEED Accredited Professional. Robert and Lily Joe built and reside at Ecohouse, Walnut Creek – world’s first two-story steel and strawbale structure.

Sophia Loh
Sophia Loh is a CPA and is currently providing accounting and CFO services to startup companies in San Francisco with Frank, Rimerman & Co. where she started her career in public accounting. Prior to returning to Frank, Rimerman & Co., Sophia served as a controller with a real estate developer and property management company in Richmond, CA where she has worked with city employees.  Sophia earns her B.S. from University of California, Berkeley.  She and her husband have a 12 year old son and they live in Danville.
