Stewardship Council Announces Grantmaking Plan - Non profit agencies in Northern and Central California are invited to apply for grants focused on getting youth outside.  The Council plans to grant between $2 million and $2.5 million in funding to parks and programs that connect underserved youth ages 13 - 18 years old to the outdoors.  Visit their website at www.stewardshipcouncil.org/youth_investment.  Applications due March 16, 2007.
